What is Trust Your Process therapy?
Taking the first step towards better mental health is often never a priority, but it should be. Sometimes, we don’t always feel ‘heard’ or ‘listened’ to, or we could even feel lonely when we aren’t alone. Having someone who enables you to feel heard is important – because you are important. That’s where I come in.
Counselling has the ability to help you feel empowered, to make those changes you want to make, whilst having that safe space, with someone who allows you to feel comfortable and heard. I believe that therapy works best when you feel heard, respected, and can be the true version of you. Whether you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or just unsure of your next steps, I aim to walk alongside you with compassion and honesty. I tailor our sessions to what you need.
I am honest, open and unique with my approach - in the sense that I see our working relationship as a team. We work together to get the best results for you. I am your supporter, alongside encourager in seeing your best potential.
There was many reasons I decided to become a therapist. The main ones being previous experienced trauma, significant bereavement, struggles with infertility and being diagnosed with a chronic life long illness. All of these make me who I am and i’m proud to be a consistent advocate, supporting my clients in their own time of need where possible.
